    Extremely annoyed by your poor sales service! I changed the typeof welder i was buying, but your sales person included all the wrong accesories, which I now have to return... at great inconvenience :-(

    I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per my conversation with Tammy, our salesperson, she advised me that you placed the entire order online and only afterwards spoke to her to change the MIG Welding Machine to a TIG Welding Machine as you ordered incorrectly. As for the accessories you ordered with your order, we generally leave them intact, as we do not know your requirements other than what is told to us. For example, you could have a MIG Welder at home that we do not know about, for which you could decide you need wire for. This kind of information we do not know; hence, we only change what is requested to be changed by the customer.

    Once again we apologize for the confusion & upset this has caused.

    Good day. I am extremely satisfied with this Mig wire. I made an error when I recently ran out of Mig wire and procured E71T-1095, thinking that it would give me the same weld quality. Was I wrong! The welding looked like something that crept out from a dungheap!!! I ended up returning the wire and ordered me a brand new spool of the correct Mig wire.
